      ENDESA (NYSE: ELE) announces it will release its 9 Month 2006 
      financial results on Wednesday, October 25th, 
      before the Spanish stock market opens (9:00AM Madrid time, 3:00AM 
      EDT).
    
    
      The same day there will be a conference call conducted by the CEO, Mr. 
      Rafael Miranda and by the CFO, Mr. Jose Luis Palomo. The presentation 
      will be webcast from Endesa’s website (http://www.endesa.es).
