(1)	Shares of common stock of Energen Corporation held by Vincent J. Intrieri through an entity wholly owned by Mr. Intrieri.
(2)	On January 31, 2018, Mr. Intrieri filed a Form 3 indicating his status as a potential group member which might subject him to reporting obligations under Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. In connection with his appointment as a director of Energen Corporation on March 6, 2018, his status as a potential group member terminated. Mr. Intrieri is filing this Form 3 to reflect his new status as a director subject to reporting obligations under Section 16.
