Supplemental Proxy Materials

On December 12, 2007, EDO Corporation issued a press release announcing an $86 million award from the Department of Defense for "CREW 2.1" counter-IED systems. This award had been anticipated in the financial projections included in EDO's proxy materials filed with the SEC on November 5.
