Resignation Alternate Director

 

Dear Sirs,

I hereby address you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S.A. (the "Company") in compliance with the current regulations, in order to inform that Mr. Diego Rozengardt has resigned as alternate director of the Company, to which he was appointed by the Ordinary General Meeting of April 27, 2021.

 

The resignation was made for personal reasons, effective December 16, 2021 and will be considered at the next board meeting.
