Dynegy Approves Dividend on Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock

Dynegy Inc. (NYSE: DYN) announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of $1.34375 per share on the outstanding 5.375% Series A Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock that will be paid on August 1, 2017 to stockholders of record of the Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock on July 15, 2017. The dividend is for the dividend period beginning on May 1, 2017 and ending on July 31, 2017.
