Diagnostic Products Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend

Diagnostic Products Corporation (NYSE:DP) announced
today the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $.07 per share
of Common Stock payable May 16, 2006 to shareholders of record on
April 28, 2006.
