Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A.: Exemption from the Issue of the
Second Quarter Report for 2005
BOLOGNA, Italy, July 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ducati Motor Holding S.p.A.
(NYSE:DMHNYSE:andNYSE:BorsaNYSE:ItalianaNYSE:S.p.A:NYSE:DMH), Italian company
listed on STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (DHM.MI), in accordance
with CONSOB resolution No. 14990 of April 14, 2005 intends to avail of the
faculty of the second quarter report.
The approval of this document was scheduled on August 4th 2005, following
corporate event's calendar, which has been already spread.
The Half-year report in accordance with the international financial reporting
accounting standard for interim financial reporting, adopted under the
procedure referred to Article 6 of Regulation (EC) No. 1606/2002, will be
approved on September 29th 2005.
