Delta and Pine Land to Host Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year End 2006 Financial Results Conference Call

SCOTT, Miss., Oct. 19  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Delta and Pine Land Company (NYSE:DLP) ("D&PL") today announced it will release its operating results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended August 31, 2006, on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, before the market opens. D&PL will conduct a conference call at 8:30 a.m. central time (9:30 a.m. eastern time) the same day to discuss these results. The call was previously scheduled for 10:00 a.m. central time (11:00 a.m. eastern time). The conference call will also be webcast at http://www.vcall.com/ and will be available for 90 days.
