Item 2.02	Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 14, 2018, Deltic Timber Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a news release announcing its preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2017. A copy of the news release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
