Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On October 25, 2007, the Company issued a News Release containing financial results of the Company (the “News Release”) and a quarterly financial supplement containing financial and property information of the Company (“Quarterly Supplement”) for the three and nine-months ended September 30, 2007. A Copy of the News Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, a copy of the Quarterly Financial Supplement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2 and a copy of the Property List is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3.
