DCT Industrial Trust® Receives Rating Upgrade from Standard & Poor’s to BBB

DCT Industrial Trust® (the “Company”) (NYSE: DCT), a leading real estate company, today announced that S&P Global Ratings raised its corporate credit rating and the issue-level rating on the Company’s senior unsecured notes to BBB from BBB- with a stable outlook.

The S&P Global Rating Research Update states DCT Industrial continues to strengthen the quality of its assets, exhibit strong operating performance, and improve its credit protection measures.
