Dana Corporation to Exhibit Off-Highway Systems at World's Leading
Construction-Equipment Show
MUNICH, Germany, March 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dana Corporation today
began exhibiting its off-highway technologies at Bauma 2004, one of the world's
largest construction-, mining-, and off-highway-equipment trade shows. The show
runs through April 4. Located at Hall A4, Stand 316, Dana will display its
systems capabilities in axles, transmissions, driveshafts, and electronic
controls.

The exhibit will also pay tribute to Dana's heritage, as the company celebrates
its 100th anniversary April 1. The Dana history dates to 1904, when the
company's founder, Clarence Spicer, began a small universal-joint manufacturing
company in the corner of the Potter Printing Press Company in Plainfield, N.J.

Among the products that Dana will feature at the show are the following:
* The Spicer(R) Powershuttle Transmission Model PSR08 for compact
vehicles, including backhoe loaders, telescopic handlers, and tow
tractors of up to 120-horsepower;
* Complete drivetrain systems for backhoe loaders, front-end loaders,
teleboom handlers, and wheeled excavators;
* Spicer TE15, TE27, and TE32 transmissions for material handling
equipment;
* Wheel ends and high-capacity, liquid-cooled brakes for mining;
* A complete display of wing, round, and half-round driveshafts and end-
fittings; and
* An area featuring parts, service, and distribution capabilities.
