PRESS RELEASE

 

Cosan Limited (“CZZ” or “Company”) (NYSE: CZZ) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that due to the deterioration of market conditions, Compass Gás e Energia S.A., an indirect controlled company by CZZ, will file with CVM on this date a request for the cancellation of its initial public offering for the primary distribution of common shares.

The Company will keep the market updated on the developments relating to the issues described herein.
