CNX Gas Promotes Randall M. Albert

PITTSBURGH, July 10  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CNX Gas Corporation (NYSE:CXG) announced today that Randall M. Albert has been promoted to Vice President - Northern Appalachia Gas Operations.  In this position, he has assumed responsibility for managing the team that is drilling for gas in southwestern Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia. Most recently, he held the position of General Manager - CNX Gas Administration. Randy graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mining Engineering.  He has been associated with CNX Gas' Central Appalachia operations since 1990. From 1980 to 1990 Randy held various mining positions including Mine Engineer.
