On October 27, 2016, CVR Refining, LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing information regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2016, the text of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
