Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On October 13, 2016, Cubic Corporation (“Cubic”) issued a press release announcing certain of its preliminary financial results for Cubic’s fourth quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2016.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
