Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 10, 2015, Stephen O. Shewmaker informed Cubic Corporation (“Cubic”) that he will resign as executive vice president of Cubic and president of Cubic Transportation Systems (“CTS”), effective October 1, 2015.   Mr. Shewmaker will serve as chairman of CTS, beginning October 1, 2015.
