0828 GMT - UBS Group and Credit Suisse are among the most mentioned companies across news items over the past 12 hours, according to Factiva data, after UBS said it expects to complete its take over of Credit Suisse as early as next Monday. Shares of both Swiss banks ticked slightly higher as of 0755 GMT, with both trading above 1%. UBS said on Monday that it expects to complete its acquisition of Credit Suisse as early as June 12, by which time, the Swiss bank will be merged into UBS. Credit Suisse's shares and American Depositary Shares will then be delisted from the SIX Swiss Exchange in Switzerland and from the New York Stock Exchange.
