Credit Suisse Group AG (CSGN.EB) said Wednesday it is proposing two candidates as new non-executive members of its board of directors.
The nominees include Ana Paula Pessoa, who also serves as an independent board member of Vinci SA (DG.FR) and News Corp. (NWS), the owner of Dow Jones. The other candidate is Michael Klein, Credit Suisse said.
Vice-chairman Richard Thornburgh will not stand for re-election, having reached the relevant tenure limit, it said. The other board members will stand for re-election for another one-year term, according to Credit Suisse.
The company said its annual general meeting takes place April 27.
