CPI Corp. Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

ST. LOUIS, July 29, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- CPI Corp. (NYSE: CPY) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a third quarter cash dividend of 25 cents per share.  The dividend will be paid on August 15, 2011 to shareholders of record as of August 8, 2011.  As of July 28, 2011, CPI had 7,042,484 common shares outstanding.
