On January 19, 2023, Compass Group Diversified Holdings LLC (the “Company”) and Compass Diversified Holdings (“Holdings” and, together with the Company, collectively “CODI,” “us” or “we”) issued a press release announcing that, on January 17, 2023, our Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program authorizing CODI to repurchase, through December 31, 2023, up to $50 million of its outstanding common shares. The foregoing description of the press release is qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete text of the press release furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
