The annual meeting of stockholders was held on May 11, 2021. As of March 17, 2021, the record date for the annual meeting, there were 96,847,910 shares outstanding and entitled to vote. At the annual meeting 85,405,117 shares, or approximately 88.18% of the eligible voting shares, were represented either in person or by proxy.
