CRIIMI MAE Merger to be Discussed During 3Q Earnings Call

CRIIMI MAE has filed a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission concerning a special meeting of shareholders to be called to vote on approving CRIIMI MAE's previously announced merger with a subsidiary of Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec.
