Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

JERSEY CITY, N.J., Sept. 12, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $0.80 per common share) for the period July 1, 2018 through September 30, 2018. The dividend will be paid on October 12, 2018 to shareholders of record as of October 2, 2018.
