Departure of Named Executive Officer

 

On January 25, 2019, Cision Ltd. (the “Company”) announced the departure of Whitney Benner, who is currently serving as the Company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Benner’s departure will become effective on January 31, 2019.
