CIRCOR Aerospace Appoints New French Group GM

   CIRCOR Aerospace Products Group, a CIRCOR International company (NYSE: CIR), has appointed Gilles Genété as the General Manager for the CIRCOR Aerospace France Group of businesses, including Industria S.A.S. of Paris, Bodet Aero of Chemille and A D N of Pau plus Atlas Productions in Tangiers, Morocco.

"The CIRCOR Aerospace France business continues to be of strategic importance to CIRCOR, with focus on the alignment of the technology of the group with critical French and European customers. Gilles Genété brings extensive industry and business leadership experience to this role and will report to me at the CIRCOR Aerospace Group executive level," noted Christopher Celtruda, CIRCOR Aerospace Group Vice President.

Genété will have full responsibility for the implementation of CIRCOR Aerospace France's growth, productivity and factory execution strategy across CIRCOR's French and North African aerospace businesses. Based in France, he will develop an integrated business leadership model for these businesses, manage key customer relationships and ensure flawless execution of CIRCOR Aerospace France's current business and strategic initiatives.

In his career, Genété has spent over 20 years with Senior Aerospace, Bosal Group, TRW and Schlumberger. He brings extensive experience in change, lean, manufacturing and business leadership, resulting from his career assignments in R&D Management, Plant Management and Program / Business General Management. Genété joins CIRCOR from Senior Aerospace, where he was the CEO of Calorstat SAS, located in Dourdan, France. Previously, he was the General Manager of FCI Automotive, and Managing Director for the Bosal Group. He earned an MSc degree in Engineering from ENSAM in Paris, and an MBA from Exec-CPA in Lille.

Jacques Bodet, who has been the General Manager for the CIRCOR Aerospace France businesses, will remain engaged to help with Genété's transition and shape the priorities for the team until later in the year. Christopher Celtruda extended a note of personal gratitude to Bodet for the passion and energy that he has brought in the past year and will look to Bodet as a long-term advisor to CIRCOR.
