Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 1, 2011, Chesapeake Midstream Partners, L.P. issued a press release reporting its financial results for the 2010 fourth quarter and an outlook for the twelve months ended on December 31, 2011.  The press release also provided information for accessing the related conference call.  A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.
