At the request of China Eastern Airlines Corporation Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in the H shares of the Company and debt securities of the Company (stock codes: 85926 and 85953) on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited is halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, 21 April 2016 pending the release of an announcement in relation to inside information of the Company. The said announcement relates to the contemplated entry by the controlling shareholder of the Company, China Eastern Air Holding Company, into a cooperation agreement with a third party relating to the principal business, equity etc. of the Company.
