(NYSE:CDR) today announced that it will release financial results for the three months and full year ended December 31, 2009 after the market closes on Wednesday, March 3, 2010. The Company will host a conference call on Thursday, March 4, 2010, at 10:00 AM (ET) to discuss the financial results.
