Ceridian Grows 'Ceridian Cares' Charitable Giving Program in the U.S.

Charity to Give Back to Communities Through Corporate Pledges, Employee-Driven Fundraising and Volunteerism

Ceridian, a leading human capital management technology company, has expanded the reach of its charity, ‘Ceridian Cares’, into all of its U.S. offices and surrounding local communities. The mission of Ceridian Cares is to be an employee-driven charity that makes a difference by supporting people and improving the communities in which we live and work. A hundred percent of employee donations go directly to improving the quality of life for a wide variety of individuals and families in need across America.

Ceridian Cares, which was first established in Canada in 2013, has granted over 1.6 million dollars to those in need. Ceridian Cares provides the financial assistance to enhance the lives of those in need – from a child with learning disabilities with a wish to go to camp for the first time, to an elderly person who needs to make their home more accessible with items like stair lifts or ramps. Given the success of the initiative in Canada, it was a natural step to extend the charitable program to the U.S.
