Reduction in Share Capital

Cleantech Building Materials plc ("CBM" or the "Company"), announces that following the General Meeting of the Company held on 26 April 2017, the Company has today attended the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (the "Court") in London where an application to approve the reduction of its share capital through the cancellation of the Company's share premium account was approved by the Court.

Upon the registration by the Registrar of Companies of the Court's order and the related statement of capital, the amount of £15,846,640.21 shall be transferred from the Company's Share Premium Account (which is thereby cancelled) to Distributable Reserves.
