Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Shares held by Start Capital LLC, of which the Reporting Person is the managing member. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares, except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
(2)	This Form 4 is being filed solely to report that, as of the reporting date, the Reporting Person ceased to be the beneficial owner of certain shares held in trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children as result of a change in trustee with respect to each of the trusts. As such, shares that were previously reported as being held by the Start Capital Trust, Viola Profectus Trust, Excelsior Profectus Trust, and Latifolia Profectus Trust are no longer included herein.
