Bowne Files Form N-MFP on First Day of SEC's Test Filing Program

   Bowne & Co., Inc. The filing is required under the SEC's latest money market disclosure reforms beginning this December. Using its ArcFiling(SM) Solution, Bowne test filed for two of Invesco's twelve money market funds on October 7, 2010, two months before the live filing deadline.

Bowne's ArcFiling solution allows investment managers or their service providers to meet the two primary components of the new SEC regulations: a monthly report of fund holdings and the monthly filing of Form N-MFP. ArcFiling is easy to deploy and greatly reduces the effort and complexity associated with reviewing security information, generating reports, completing the Form N-MFP, and successfully filing with the SEC.
