40th Annual Briggs & Al's Run & Walk For Children's Hospital Of Wisconsin Again Raises One Million Dollars

MILWAUKEE, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Briggs & Stratton Corporation has been a proud title sponsor of Briggs & Al's Run & Walk for Children's Hospital of Wisconsin for 23 years. The milestone 40^th anniversary event took place on Saturday, September 16, and brought nearly 15,000 people to downtown Milwaukee, raising more than $1 million.

Each year, Briggs & Stratton rallies a team of local employees and their families and friends who are eager to attend the event in Milwaukee and donate to the cause. Each year, Briggs & Stratton supplements half the registration fee for its team members and in honor of the 40^th anniversary, the company contributed a match to prompt increased donations.
