• On Wednesday, June 10, 2009, the Company will present at the Piper Jaffray 29th Annual Consumer Conference at the Westin New York at Times Square in New York City. Presenting from the Company will be David L. Wenner, President and Chief Executive Officer. The presentation will begin at 11:30 am ET.
• On Wednesday, June 10, 2009, Mr. Wenner will be participating on the “Branding, Licensing & Growth” panel at NASDAQ OMX’s Third Annual Food and Restaurant Industry Forum at the NASDAQ MarketSite in New York City. The panel discussion will begin at 1:15 pm ET.
• On Wednesday, June 17, 2009, the Company will present at the Barclays Leveraged Finance Consumer Conference at The Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers in New York City. Presenting from the Company will be Mr. Wenner and Robert C. Cantwell, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The presentation will begin at 11:30 am ET.
