BankAtlantic announced today it has entered into an agreement with a new
services partner, Novantas, LLC.
“In our ongoing effort to enhance our deposit pricing practices, we
partnered with Novantas to employ a more quantitative approach to
evaluating liability pricing. The intent of this effort is to become
more efficient in product pricing and improve the development of product
and pricing strategies,” commented BankAtlantic’s President and Chief
Executive Officer, Jarett S. Levan. “Over the past few years, Novantas
has worked with fifteen of the top twenty-five banks in the U.S. and
thirty of the top fifty American banks, and we are very pleased to join
that peer group through our new alliance with Novantas.”
“We look forward to working with BankAtlantic on these important and
exciting initiatives, and believe the bank is very well positioned to
capitalize on the information and technologies we offer,” said Dave
Kaytes, Managing Director with Novantas.
Through the agreement, BankAtlantic will develop an enhanced approach to
defining, building, managing and measuring revenue-generating
capabilities - branding, market mix management, segmentation, product
design, pricing, distribution management, sales execution effectiveness,
and customer experience. The refinement of these customer-focused
strategies enables BankAtlantic to measure and maximize competitive
positioning.
