WALTHAM, Mass., Oct. 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Lionbridge (NASDAQ:LIOX),
today announced a three-year, IT services outsourcing agreement with Beverly
Enterprises Inc. (NYSE:BEV). As Beverly's strategic outsourcing provider,
Lionbridge will provide ongoing development, testing, maintenance and support
services for Beverly's portfolio of enterprise technology applications and
systems, including financial applications such as accounts payable,
receivables, general ledger and payroll, the company's PeopleSoft HRIMS
Benefits implementation, and various front-office web-based applications.

will combine program management experts onsite at Beverly with a team of
application engineers, developers and support professionals offshore in
Lionbridge's Mumbai, India solution center. This proven onsite/offshore model
will provide Beverly with comprehensive IT services and support for back office
applications, data processing systems, data warehousing and data mining
activities while allowing the company to improve its processes with fully
integrated, web-based user applications.
