Bedford Property Investors, Inc. (NYSE:BED) announced
today the signing of a lease for 24,118 square feet in The Vines, a
two building project under development in Napa Valley Corporate Park
in Napa, California. The ten-year lease is with Bergin Glass
Impressions, Inc., a company involved in custom screen printing and
glass etching of wine bottles for the wine industry. The lease is
expected to commence at completion of the construction of the building
in December 2005.
"Pre-leasing 27% of this new development project gets us off to a
good start. We have a long history in Napa and look forward to adding
this 88,500 square foot development to our portfolio of properties in
this market," said Peter B. Bedford, Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer.
