Item 8.01 Other Events

On December 14, 2007, Bradley Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the launch of Veregen(TM) (sinecatechins) Ointment, 15%, indicated for the topical treatment of external genital (EGW) and perianal warts (Condylomata acuminata) in immunocompetent patients 18 years and older. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference. The Company makes no admission as to the materiality of any information in the press release.
