Lima, PERU, April 23^rd, 2018 - Credicorp Ltd. notifies that its CEO, Mr. Walter Bayly, had a coronary event during the weekend.

Fortunately, Mr. Bayly is in stable condition and out of danger. He should recover fully within 2 weeks to resume his responsibilities.

During the absence of Mr. Bayly the two Deputy CEOs, Mr. Alvaro Correa and Mr. Gianfranco Ferrari, will assume his responsibilities.
