AXS-One Announces Third Quarter Results Conference Call; Thursday, October 27, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time

AXS-One Inc. (AMEX:AXO) today announced that it will
release its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 on
October 27, 2005 after market close. Bill Lyons, Chairman and CEO and
Joe Dwyer, CFO, will host a conference call for institutional
investors and shareholders on Thursday, October 27, 2005 to discuss
the company's results for the third quarter of 2005.
