Section 198 of the Companies Act 1985, that AMVESCAP PLC and its subsidiary
companies on behalf of discretionary clients now have an interest in 8,293,916
ordinary shares of 10 pence each - 13.13% of the issued shares. (Previous
notification, 7,584,660 shares - 12.00%.)
This holding includes a notifiable holding in respect of the Invesco Perpetual
High Income Fund which holds 3,238,669 ordinary shares of 10 pence each - 5.12%
of the issued shares. (Previous notification, 2,674,003 shares - 4.23%.)
