S-Parameters are an essential tool to assist circuit designers in component selection for prototype designs. They are available at no charge on the Design Support page of ATC's website. The 550 Series family of Ultra-Broadband Capacitors includes popular EIA Case Sizes, L (0402), Z (0201), S (0603) as well as a custom U (0301) case size offering, to facilitate many RF and Microwave designs.
