(b) On June 13, 2017, Avon Products, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that John Higson will retire in September from his role as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Commercial Officer. The Company also announced that Miguel Fernandez will succeed Mr. Higson and join the Company as Global President with responsibility for commercial business operations, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Fernandez is expected to join the Company beginning August 14, 2017.
