CHICAGO, March 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Aviv REIT, Inc. (NYSE: AVIV) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share. The dividend is payable in cash on April 7, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2015.
