Hewlett-Packard Co. (HPQ) sued Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd. (2475.TW) and Tatung Co.'s (2371.TW) Tatung Co. of America, alleging the companies conspired to fix liquid-crystal display screen prices, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday.
The lawsuit, filed Nov. 30, alleges a conspiracy took place from 1998 through 2006, Bloomberg reported.
A Chunghwa spokesman told Bloomberg the company is studying the matter, while a message seeking comment from Tatung wasn't immediately returned.
