ATWOOD OCEANICS DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

HOUSTON, August 20, 2015 -- Atwood Oceanics, Inc.  (NYSE: ATW) announced today that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, payable on October 8, 2015 to shareholders of record as of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 1, 2015.
