AmeriGas Propane Increases Quarterly Distribution for the 11th Consecutive Year

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), have declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.92 per limited partnership unit, payable May 18, 2015 to unitholders of record May 11, 2015.

The annualized distribution will increase to $3.68 per limited partnership unit from the current $3.52 per limited partnership unit, representing a 4.5% increase. Jerry Sheridan, chief executive officer of AmeriGas, said, “We are pleased to mark our 11th consecutive year of increasing our partnership distribution. Our ability to consistently generate value for our investors over the long run is clearly reflected in this steady track record of distribution growth.”
