Apache To Release Second-Quarter 2015 Results On Aug. 6; Divested Australian Assets To Be Reported As Discontinued Operations

HOUSTON, July 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Apache Corporation (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) will release its second-quarter 2015 results at 7 a.m. Central time on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2015, followed by a conference call to discuss its results at 1 p.m. Central time.

The conference call will be webcast from Apache's website, www.apachecorp.com. The webcast replay also will be archived on Apache's website. Please note that Apache will report its Australian production, operating income and any gains or losses associated with the sale of its LNG business and oil and gas assets as a discontinued operation, net of taxes, in the financial statements.
