Boards Of Directors Set Record and Meeting Dates For Joint Annual Meetings Of Stockholders and Approve Amendments To Bylaws

NEW YORK, Feb. 14  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Boards of Directors of AllianceBernstein Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ACG), ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:ADF), Alliance All-Market Advantage Fund, Inc. (NYSE:AMO), Alliance California Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:AKP), Alliance New York Municipal Income Fund, Inc. (NYSE:AYN) and AllianceBernstein Global High Income Fund, Inc. ("Global High Income"; NYSE: AWF) recently set the record and meeting dates for the 2007 joint annual stockholder meetings for these Funds ("Joint Annual Meeting").  The Joint Annual Meeting will be held on March 28, 2007.  For all Funds except Global High Income, the record date is February 9, 2007 and for Global High Income the record date is March 2, 2007.

The Boards of Directors of ACM Managed Income Fund, Inc. ("Managed Income"; NYSE: AMF), Alliance National Municipal Income Fund, Inc. ("National Municipal"; NYSE: AFB) and ACM Municipal Securities Income Fund, Inc. ("Municipal Securities"; NYSE: AMU) have approved amendments to each of these Fund's Bylaws relating to the time period during which the Fund's annual meeting will be held each year ("Annual Meeting").  Under the amended Bylaws, each Fund's Annual Meeting will be held on a date and at the time set by the Board of Directors between, for Managed Income, July 15 to August 15 in each year and, for National Municipal and Municipal Securities, September 30 to October 30 in each year.
